| Hi, I’m looking for a roommate to share my apartment. I’m a twenty-two year old female at Truman Community College. I have a garden apartment that’s owned by my father. It’s a newly renovated condo with hardwood floors, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, washer dryer, all new fittings, broadband. I have a dog, so that can’t be a problem. I live at Montrose & Sheraton, just a few blocks from the lake and the Wilson CTA station. A girl or open minded guy willing to move in soon and make a long term commitment is preferred. Please include basic information about yourself in response e-mails. I’m looking for $400 per month plus sharing 50% utilities.
