| Room available for rent within my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in Wicker Park. The room will become available on October 21, but move in could be anytime from then to November 1st. The room is available until the end of August 06.
I am a responsible seeking a roommate. The condo has a total of 1100 square feet with vaulted ceilings. There are hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It comes fully furnished except for the room for rent. I do have a cat.
The condo is easily accessible to the expressway, public transportation (CTA Blue Line) and restaurants. Monthly rent is $600 and one months rent is due for a security deposit.
