| We are looking to sublease 2 separate rooms in our 5 bedroom house. It is a very large house that is in great condition. It is on the corner of Johnson and Iowa, only 2 blocks from campus. The rooms are also very big. The rent is at $380 a month (plus utilities), which is definetely negotiable. If staying the entire summer, May rent will be free.
