| I am renting out my extra room that I have that I decided I do not need. I pay $475 a month for rent per month but if anyone would like to rent out this room they can pay $200 and I will pay $275 per month being that I have a son (3 mo. old) that lives with me. Your credit will have to be checked by the apartment manager, so if you are interested let me know and I can give you alot more contact info. Cable, internet, phone, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are all included but I do use the internet alot. Also, I would prefer that you pay for 1/3 of the utilities as well which just includes electricity and if you do use the internet or cable, I would appreciate 1/2 of that bill.
