| Looking for someone who wants to share the flat where I live from July 1st. The flat is a 2 bedroom and the one for rent has a private bathroom (there are 2 bathrooms also!), plus Ive got a living room with a tv and a fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and WiFi internet connection are also a plus of this place :-) The other benefit being that I spend very few time at home ( of weeks or less per month). Im a male 35yo photographer touring Europe all the time because of my job. When Im at home Im a very good company: dietary needs, laid back, open minded and easy going type of guy. And smoker. Im looking for somebody similar in type and who can manage the flat while Im away. The location is a residential area of Florence very safe and quiet. The rent is 600 Euros per month ALL utilities included plus FREE WiFi internet (for which you need your own laptop). Any extra question is more than welcome. The room can also be shared but rent has to be rediscussed (higher expenses!). |
