Beautiful apartment in a house with garden. Apartment is composed of 1 big twin bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, veranda. Private access. Gardne is shared with owners who live on upper floors. The house is in a private compound with swimming pools, tennis courts, soccer field, cork wood, bar and restaurant. 1 km from the beach. 7 km to train station (40 minutes by train to Rome), and great for daily trips to roman castles, south beaches, Anzio.

Sunny room with garden view. Apartment is shared with owner and two cats. Owner is very friendly and speaks several languages including English (a perfect guide to roman culture and nightlife!). Metro station line A: 3 minutes walk. Bus stops to downtown and Termini central station : 1 minute walk. Train Station to Airport and and urban train stations: 10 minutes walk. 15 minutes walk to city centre along historical Via Appia Antica or modern shopping street Via Appia Nuova. Summer rent of whole apartment during Summer ok. High speed wireless internet connection available (but bring your own laptop!). Satellite tv available.
