Hi, Im ignazio, in my flat I have 1 room available from 1° november or 1° december. The house is really nice and new (3 bedroom, 5minutes walk from historical centre of Florence. Close to everything and located on a quiet back street. Very comfortable - lounge/dining + big kitchen with dining, 2 bathroom, washing machine, ADSL.) its EUR 400/500 (long /short time) per month including utilities (not phone) .
