Hi, I'm ignazio, in my flat I will have 2 room from july. The house is really nice and new (3 bedroom, 5minutes walk from historical centre of Florence. Close to everything and located on a quiet back street. Very comfortable - lounge/dining + big kitchen with dining, 2 bathroom, washing machine, ADSL.) For short term (less than 3 mounths) it's EUR 500 per month including utilities (not phone) For long term it's 400 EUR per mounth non including utilities.
