| Utilites included are water and trash, you only need to pay half of gas/electric bills and cable. I have one dog and two cats, all very friendly. Im an outdoor smoker, and I dont host large parties though you are welcome to it if you want. Im fairly clean, I like to cook for more than myself and am very good at it. I have a microwave, kitchen table/chairs, lamps and multiple end tables. I also have an extra tv, probably 13in that you can have if you pay your rent and utilies. The deposit is fully refundable if there are no damages and you pay all you owe. |
