| I recently moved into the area and found this gorgeous place, but the problem is, it is a bit pricey. I would like to share with one or two other people to move in. can take the bedroom and the other person can take the loft. If move in it will be allot cheaper for everyone. Or if you have your own group of friends and do not have a place yet, you can sublease the place from me and I can move in with a friend.
Within the community it has a clubhouse, pool, fitness center and etc. It is very close the Owings Mills mall, walking distance, but I would not recommend it. There is also a plaza right across the street from the development, which is walk able.
