A two bed room with one bathroom is available for rent for $900 plus all the utilities.The apartment is located in an apartment complex building, which is located in downtown Columbia Maryland. It is about 0.5mile from Columbia Mall and walking distance to Howard County Community College. I am currently on the lease agreement and the lease will expire on 10/31/05. Since I need to relocate to other areas, I am trying to sublease or transfer my lease. The original lease is about $965 per month.
