| It has 3 bedrooms 2 and a half bath, dining room, large living room, kitchen and sun room. Unfinished basement with plans to finish soon. A two car garage and a fireplace. I plan to put up a deck next spring and I have a nice grill that can be used in the backyard. Rent would be $650 a month plus utilities. I am located in Rising Sun, MD in Cecil County. Surrounding towns include: Conowingo, Belair (20mins) North East, ELkton, Darlington, landmarkville and some others. Nearby you can easily access PA (10 mins), DE (10 mins), Baltimore (40mins) or NJ from interstate 95 which I sit 10 minutes away from. | This is a totally separate 1 bedroom, 1 bath, apartment on lower level of a house in Cape St. Claire. We are close to the
water with water privileges. ALL UTILITIES are included except telephone (high speed internet can be turned on!).. There is a large screened in back porch. We would like someone by January 1st. We are asking $900 for this entire apartment including utilities. (a friend of mine rents a small bedroom for $600!)
There is a kitchen with all appliances available and a built in bar. We are asking for someone respectful and gainfully . Parking is available and also a washer and dryer for you to use. This is not a roommater situation - you have your own entrance. |
