| Room available immediately until end of May OR through June AND possibly longer! This is a house located in a community complex in a quiet and safe part of town, only 5-10 minutes to downtown. I found my own place and would like to find a replacement for now until end of May. Also, the lease was extended by the remaining roommates through June so you can stay this month, too (w/ a strong possibility of staying another year if interested). They are all responsible s, busy with their own schedules but also very friendly. DSL can be shared or use phone for modem connection. Easy parking access in lot right near house. Share bathroom with just one other roommate.
