| In Chesapeake Beach, MD (Calvert County)available now. The room is on the 2nd floor. The bathroom would be shared but the room is private and has a pretty large closet. Futon available if u need a bed.
You would be able to use all other common areas of the house including the kitchen, living room and fam-room (50" TV w/Surround and cable). I have a washer and dryer in the basement for your use as well.
The rent does not include cable in the room or internet unless you have a wireless connection in your computer. There is a phone jack in the room but most roommates use their cell phones for long distance calls.
