I am looking for a female/male responsible who is resposible, trustworthy and easy to get along with to occupy this room. One bedroom available in Waldord,MD (Victoria Park Townhomes) off of Western Charles Pkwy near Charles County Shopping Mall. Room with bathroom on lower level of a three story townhouse. Utilities are included. Laundry room available. The area is very quiet.
