| Hello. I am a easy going DC commuting responsible seeking a responsible roommate. I chose this area to get the best of both of all worlds. Downtown Baltimore is a open minded shot from Washington Blvd. Only 15 minutes!!! The nearest main street is route 1. One mile from Howard County making it a convenient location to Columbia. Also 45 min travel to DC during heavy traffic (from the front door to downtown DC). And BW expressway and 95 are both 1 mile away. If you are a DC travelr like myself, you will enjoy the 5 min. drive to Marc train station dedicated to the area.
I am looking to share one to two of the bedrooms in a three bedroom townhouse. The 3 level townhouse has assigned parking (1 to 2 vacant spaces)and a backyard with a great view. The basement, fully furnished, is in the process of being turned into an A/V entertainment room. Almost all utilities are included; high speed internet, cable, water. Electricity will be split in half.
