Two occupants of the house: Owner is me, a 40-year-old responsible female; 6-year-old chubby golden retriever. Seeking quiet, easy-going, considerate and dependable person who would like two rent two bedrooms(figuring one as bedroom for that person, other as extra space, study type area; rooms are standard size, 10 by 13, full closets); access to kitchen, living room, washer/dryer; parking is on-street, easily available and safe. Utilitites included are heat/electric, water/sewage, trash pickup; room has separate phone line; will need to share internet/Direct TV expenses. |

| Furnished Bedroom for rent in shared household.
About the house: wood floors, whirl pool tub, gas fireplace, each roommate has their own refrigerator, shared kitchen and landry, parking, safe neighborhood. I put $80,000 into this newly renovated house within the last two years.
About the situation: One, possibly two, furnished bedrooms for rent upstairs. The third bedroom upstairs is another living room for the roommates and a guest room for all roommates.
About me: feminist, conservationist, 58, neat, clean, organized.
The process:
If in Baltimore or the USA. call. Lets talk. After you see my home, fill out an application and mail it to me with a resume and a one month security deposit. After checking your references, do a one hour walk through of the house with each of us getting a copy of the inventory, sign lease and you receive key.
