| (33rd & N.Charles-very easy to take the JHU shuttle) lovely apt but my apt-mate leaves late May & need someone to stay through mid/late August. Rent is 750/month + gas/electric ($30-70 to split in the summer with two AC units) & high-speed wireless Verizon DSL ($60 to split every other month). Two unobtrusive cats (allergic so I sweep), apt is on the 8th floor, washing machines/dryers in basement, close to local bar. Parking in the summer is much easier--usually you can find a spot across the street within three blocks. Apt is furnished, bath/shower, stove, microwave, small TV/VCR (no cable though), quite spacious (2 bedrooms--the open one is the larger one with closet, drawers, desk and all, 1 bath, kitchen, dining room, large living room, yadda yadda), etc. The open bedroom could be shared so please let me know if you are at all interested and would like pictures of the place. |
