hi there guys,
I have a townhome which is within a 10 minute walk (2-3 minute drive) to UMBC and I am looking to rent out my large downstairs room w/its own half bath anytime after Feb 2nd. I am responsible w/monthly agreements, so no long-term lease commitments. In addition to your room youd have shared access to nice-sized full bath, kitchen, dining and living room areas, as well as some storage area in attic and/or basement. (shared w/me and my other current roommates) Charge for rent + basic utilities (water, gas, electric) is $550 per month. (a little extra for wireless internet access, phone usage, cable, etc. you only pay if youre using though) Some new perks will include updates to bathroom upstairs shower coming soon and a brand new washer and dryer that were put in just a few months ago.
