| I am asking $350 for base rent and 1/2 of the utilities wich rougnly works out to between $500 - $550 per month. the room is in a private house, with kitchen and laundry privledges, the bathroom will be shared. Your room has its own enterence to the driveway and will be locked from the inside for your privacy. I dont have home phone service currently, but there is a phone jack in the room if you wish to have phone service. |
