| I am in desperate need of a roommate or two. My house is really nice and is located in downtown Berlin. The room I am looking to rent is on the first floor. There is a bathroom on the first floor to share and a half bath on the second floor where my bedroom is. There is a large yard and the house is completely furnished, except for the empty bedroom. I can get you furniture if you need it. I have a big goofy dog and a cat. The cat is outside 90% of the time. I am seeking a responsible person who plans on staying and chipping in when it comes to chores around the house. |
