| The townhouse is 3 bdrms 2.5 baths. You will have one room and a full bathroom to yourself. You will also have access to the rest of the house and can use anything there as long as you are respectful. There is a washer/dryer in the house as well that you may use. The room is about 10x10. No pets allowed.
There is also high speed internet with wireless that you may use as well. All utilities are included. The initial contract will be for 6 months and a $500 security deposit will be required. There will also be a credit check run on all interested candidates for my own protection. Males only please.
