| Seeking to share a 3bedroom/2.5bath town home with two responsibles. 600mth + 1/3 utilities. Rooms come with DirecTV, phone connections, and shared bathroom with one other person. The home comes with a dish washer, washer and dryer, two refrigerators, wireless internet, assigned parking, and free long distance calling. No deposit is required but will be asked to sign a rental agreement. I do have a cat and a small dog.

| Hi, There are 4 roommates, however I am only here on average every other weekend. We are a freindly group. Mostly we all just go our own way. I am the owner of the home, so most furniture in the common areas is provided. Yours is welcome. Everyone shares in cleaning. There is a detached garage and basement for storage. All utilites are included, including local phone service. I would prefer someone to be here at least a year. Call me with questions, Jeff |
