I have a beautiful 3 bedroom House near UMBC area. I am looking to rent out the Master bedroom. The master bedroom is very large with lots of natural lighting. Has high speed internet, cable, washer/dryer. Also, it can be FURNISHED or Un-FURNISHED at your discretion.
For the rest of the house: On the first floor, has a beautiful brand new kitchen with all new appliances. Living room and Dinning room are separate high ceiling rooms with beautiful hardwood floors. On the second floor is the bathroom (large) , TV room, and Master bedroom.

| Howdy! I am looking for a RESPONSIBLE, reliable, TEAM PLAYER to share my house. I am a , open minded woman w/ a dog. The rooms are on the 1st floor. My preference would be to rent both rooms to for $700 + 1/2 utilities (they are running $75-$100/month). Otherwise, the larger room would be $450+ 1/3 utilities and the other $400+ 1/3 utilities.
The house is an attractive 2-story unit home w/ large front yard & back fenced-in yard, in a pleasant neighborhood surrounded by woods. On the 1st floor is a full-bathrm, kitchen, living & dining rms. I live on the 2nd floor w/ a half-bath. I am now building another full-bath and kitchen in the basement. Theres storage and washer/dryer in basement. We are on a busline, near the subway, Rts 70, 695 and 83. I have a gorgeous, friendly dog, Foxie, who comes in the house on rainy days and at night. Otherwise, shes out in the backyard. I am dietary needs and prefer non-smoker, no drugs |
