| I am leaving for responsible school in early August and my (female) roommate will need a (female) roommate from August 9th until Oct 31st (end of lease), with the possibility of extending the lease if everything works out. Even if the extension of the lease doesnt work out, youll have a better idea of the surrounding area and potential other places.
The apt is in northern Columbia, MD...right off of 108/29. You would have your own bedroom, your own LARGE bathroom, and living room, dining room, kitchen is shared (but room is available for your own stuff in living/dining room). Washer and dryer in apartment. Theres a pool and fitness center in the complex.
My roommate is quiet and polite, but she is very fun with a nice sense of humor. Rent is usually around $635, but can be negotiable.
