| 1 HUGE BR in HUGE 3BR apt! There are currently two roommates who will remain. The room that I will leave open is considered the master bedroom. It will be available at the end of this month and the lease runs through June 1st (with the option to renew). The apt is very conveniently located (15min walk to Harvard and T) and has all the important ammenities - dishwasher, garbage disposal, free washer/dryer in basement. There is lots of space - eat-in kitchen w/pantry, living room, dining room, bathroom with old fashioned tub and fixtures, beautiful hardwood floors and unqiue lighting fixtures throughout. The landlords are very responsible! Your roommates will be two females in their lower-20s, non-smokers, responsible (both work m-f, 9-5), fun!! |

| Hello. I am a 27 Year old female responsible looking for a roomate. The place is great. it is spacious and furnished. I do have a large energetic yellow lab, so you should love dogs! I am looking for someone fun, laid back, and preferably male! YOu will not need to sign a lease, and the move in/out dates are flexible.
