| I will move-in to Applebriar Appartments in Marlborough, MA on November 12, 2005. My wife will come from Canada later (may take up to 6 month). Willing to share my luxury 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom appartment for this period (flexible short-term sublease 3-6 month)with one or two neat roommates.
Will stay in living room on the base level and will sublet 2 Bedrooms (14x12 and 11x12) and one bathroom on the upper level (all together or separately for for $900 in total). Kitchen will be shared. I will pay utilities, HDTV cable and Wi-Fi Internet. Will ask for cash deposit for a month rent in advance. |
