| There are 2 rooms available in a 5 bedroom apartment for July 1st (females only please). You also have the option of signing a one year lease for September 1st if youre interested. There are hardwood floors throughout the apartment. It has a big kitchen with lots of cabinet space, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, a dining area and living room. The rent for July and August is $550 for each bedroom. Rent includes all of the utilities and bills (heat, hot water, gas, electricity, cable and internet).
