| The apartment is located 5 minutes from the Harvard Ave Green B line stop and 15 minutes from the Coolidge Corner Green C line stop. The 66 Harvard Square--Allston bus stops right down the street. A drug store is a 5 minute walk away, a Shaws grocery store and Super 88 Market a 15 minute walk away, lots of thrift stores and furniture stores nearby. A T.J. Maxx is a 3 minute walk away.
The apartment has its own washer and dryer!!! and is very spacious. Besides the three bedrooms, there is a living room, work room, large kitchen, entry room, and various closets for storage. Hardwood floors throughout, except the bathroom. The room itself is approximately 10 feet by 10 feet and includes a small closet and a tall window. |

| This is a great place for the money! The rent is 500 plus utilities to split with two others. The apartment is bright, sunny and modern. The room for rent is very large and can fit a lot of furniture and a queen/king size bed. The apartment is in a great location and is in walking distance to just about everything you would need - store 24, shops, cvs, groceries, pubs, restaurants, etc. You would be subletting from me from November 1st to August 31st. The roommates are awesome people, honest, responsible very trustworthy. Im sad to leave, ive been there for four years, but i got my own place. Look forward ot hearing from you. |

You would be sharing the apartment with two PhD candidates. They are quiet, academic types who leave early in the morning and come home late at night. Well-behaved and quiet pets will be considered. |
