| We are 3 easygoing girls ages 24-26 looking for a 4th girl close to our age who is equally easygoing! We arent too crazy, but we do like to have our fun and hope you do too! Were all responsibles, but if youre a thats perfectly fine. You should love dogs because there will be two living with us.
Lease begins 5/1/06, and were looking for someone to stay for the year. The $500 rent payment includes heat and hot water. The three available parking spaces are taken, so as our fourth roommate, you should rent a parking space elsewhere if you have a car. Your room will be the smallest, but you can easily fit a full bed, desk, dresser, etc in it. The room doesnt have a closet, but there is a large one RIGHT outside your room that we will be happy to give you. 4 minute walk to the Washington Square T stop via Summit Path. 15-20 minute walk to Coolidge Corner. We even have a little garden/patio area.

| I am a 28 year old responsible female looking for a female roommate starting may 1 (or a little before.) I have a good size first floor apartment in South Boston with laundry, dishwasher, fireplace, and back deck. I also have a small cat so I can not have any ohter animals.
I am fun but very responsible, dont smoke, but enjoy drinking good wine. I am not home most nights of the week, so you will have plenty of privacy. The available room is about 11x11 with a large closet.
