30 Something male looking for a roomate for a 2 bedroom apt in Medford. The Eliot street location is near Tufts and within two blocks of 2 "T" bus routes. The apartment is on the 1st floor with kitchen, dining room, living room, and full bath, all with hardwood / tile floors. There are also two porches and a driveway for offstreet parking in the winter. Washer dryer are in the basement as well as personal storage. Utilities are split 50/50 and there is a DSL line installed. I am easy going and pretty flexible. Work takes up alot of my time and I am rarely around on weekends. The house is right on the Tufts campus - very close to the gym and a bunch of restaurants, and about a five minute walk from classes. I will be away from June 1st to August 24th or so, so I can sublet until around that date. Room is furnished, painted, very clean, house has a built-in-bar and is in good condition. should meet subletter beforehand.
