| 2 quiet 20s males looking for a 3rd roommate for 3rd room starting July 9/10 for 1 yr lease. Avalon Ledges Apartment Complex in Weymouth,MA (Avalon Dr.). Looking for a quiet who doesnt need large gatherings/parties. The bedroom is 107" x 127" and shares an external bathroom with one of the other bedrooms. The apartment itself is 1,595 sq ft and includes a loft. The apartment also has free washer/dryer within the unit, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven, gas heat, central air/heat. The complex has a fitness room with treadmills and various other devices, as well as a half basketball court, a small swimming pool, and a hot tub. A security deposit will be necessary and a one-year lease will have to be signed (from 10July to 10July). Also, we are required to carry renters insurance (probably less than $100/yr.). Rent is $630/month plus utilities. No pets allowed. Complex does a credit and background check. Call ASAP. |

| This is a nice place on the corner of downing and florence streets, 2nd floor.
The room Im subletting is at that corner of the house too, with windows on both of the walls facing the roads, so it has the best view of any of the rooms, and it gets good cross-ventilation. This room is about 12 by 15 ft.
There is no AC.
There is a kitchen, a small dining room, living room, and a washer and dryer.
Right next to Clark University.
rent is 400 per month. approx. additional $50/month utilities fee includes electricity, cable, wireless internet, water, and any heat.

| Less than 2 mins walking distant to two bus lines. Clean, Sunny, Spacious two bedrooms apartment with a good size balcony. All the furniture will be available during the leasing period. Here is a list of all other goodies in the apartment: Dish washer, garbage disposal, Central AC, big refrigerator, and color TV. Internet and cable are ready to use.
