1--Roommate Rental details

Besides the rent that is 3000 pesos per person, there is a monthly fee of 120 pesos per person for gas, 20 pesos for garbage disposal, telephone, cable, electricity bills and maid service should be paid in equal halfs as receipts come. I have to Poodles who are use to be inside the appartment, but the new roommate can close his or her door, and there should be no problem.
