| Tenant will have access to entire house. Use of kitchen, living room, etc. The actual bedroom of the tenant should be furnished by the tenant. All other rooms are furnished, since the owner lives in the same house. Owner is a middle aged male responsible who has shared his home with college in the past. No friend sleep-overs without prior arrangement. Tenant should be or a who has an acceptable code of ethics. The home is a non smoking/drinking environment. |
