| Hello, I own a three bedroom ranch. Its me and one other male friend living there now and i have a 3rd bedroom for rent. It is the smaller of the three bedrooms but not bad. Its about 12x12 with closet. The house has no basement, but has garage, and good size yard with deck, and park across the street. Its a good location, close to freeways and area schools. Great for School Craft, U of M Dearborn, Henry Ford and Others. Its mostly quiet around the house but we do party once in awhile. Smoking is outside. The Rent includes, Electric, high speed wireless internet, cable, and direct TV Sat. We slit the water(every three months) and gas bills on top of the $450.00 Let me know if theres any other questions. |
