| We live in friendly Seating Factory which is an old factory that has been renevated into apartments, they are a should see to apperciate. | 1 bedroom in house, guitar player and ten yr old live here. We are mellow and a bit loud, yet respectful. Our neighbors dont complain-we keep traffic to a min and play music at reasonable times and levels. Also the 10 yr olds responsible lives here. We would love a female bassist as a rommie but someone who understands the artistic lifestyle is good too. Nice big backyard! |
