| I have a big 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome with 2 FLOORS + CARETED BASEMENT available, only a mile from UM campus. Great, VERY SAFE and QUIET location with 2 parks in the complex, a baseball diamond, pool, and a Kroger right next door. The AATA buses come right by the complex to and from campus. You can either rent your OWN ROOM ($250-$500/month depending on which room) or the WHOLE HOUSE for $1350 if you like (this is a cheaper price than what the leasing office charges). The main floor has a large living and separate dining room, kitchen, and 1/2 bath. I have lived here for a year and absolutely love it! Call me to come check it out! |

| I need a subleaser starting in May for my gorgeous townhouse to be shared with my three female roommates. You would have your own bedroom, if you need it to be furnished that can be arranged, you could have the option to share a bathroom or have your own! Could even negotiate on rent as I have to move out last minute!

We have a porch with a couch, thus perfect for those beautiful spring and summer days. We also have a large backyard, enclosed by a tall wood fence. |

| Quiet, easygoing friendly seeks low maintenance roommate to share cute Hazel Park house. I want to get along with my roommate, but dont feel the need to socialize with him/her every waking responsibleent.
Im the homeowner and dont want any smoking or drugs in my house.
House is about 1000 sq feet with easy access to interstates. Hazel Park is a blue-collar community in South Oakland County right on the cusp of Wayne and Macomb counties. Its actually very easy
to get almost anywhere in the metro area, with the exception of Downriver.
Rent include cable modem and all other utilities except phone. Theres no landline installed right now, but can be if needed. I also have a twin bed and nightstand that can be used. |

| This is a beautiful, sunny apartment on Oakland Street near the intersection of Packard and Hill. We are just blocks from the Law and Business Schools. We are sad to have to leave the place, because it has everything - double sink bathroom, dishwasher and disposal, air conditioning, a rooftop terrace, and more! Please check us out.
