| We have a 5 bedroom house open for rent this summer, and 2 of the rooms are being rented out for the spring and summer term, May/June/July/August. Both rooms are HUGE for $300/month.
There is a large living, a humungous kitchen, dishwasher, 1.5 bathrooms, basement with washer and dryer (not a coin one) not to mention an amazing landlord who will come to your beck and call =)
the house is right in the section, 2 seconds from Sargent Peppers, and only an 8 minute walk to all the South University bars....

| I am moving out due to job constraints. My roommate is a 25 yr old responsible engineer. The apartment is setup for great privacy with your own bathroom.There are more details there than I can list here along with a floor plan layout which is under the 1058 sq. ft. setup.
An immediate move in would be great but I am flexible on that.
