5 easy-going college (w/friendly 1 year old black lab mix) looking to fill vacant bedroom in 6 bedroom house on Harrison Rd in East Lansing, MI. Sublease August 05 to August 06. House has male and female roommates, 2 full kitchens, 2 bathrooms, cable/internet and Washer/dryer on premises. Great location! Right next to MSUs campus. Easy walk to classes, grocery store, restaurants, Spartan Stadium, Breslin Center and much more! House is furnished, only vacant bedroom is not furnished. $450 for occupancy or $400/each for double occupancy (so bring a friend and save $$!). 2--Roommate Rental details

I am 26, and own a great 2BR house near downtown Royal Oak, I-75 and I-696, making it an easy travel to just about anywhere. I am looking for a respectful, enjoyable roommate to get to know and be friends with while sharing expenses. The bedroom that I have available in the house is the entire private second floor that you can use as you see fit. Storage and laundry in the basement and a parking space in the garage are included along with all utilities. I have had a few roommates in the past, and gotten along great with all of them. I work and go to responsible school two nights a wee I am looking for someone to stay for at least 6 months or so, but the lease will be handled month to month. Feel free to e-mail
