| I am renting two rooms ($500 each) out of a 3BR, 2BA Lake Nokomis home. It is situated across the street from an elementary school in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
The house is a 1.5 story with a finished basement and upstairs loft. One room for rent is in the loft and the other in the basement (which has its own bathroom).
I will be attending medical school in the fall of 2005 (currently responsible). I enjoy having fun but also relaxing in my home. I am looking for a responsible, easy going non-smoker who has a steady job. No lease is required, but I ask for two months notice for any relocations. I hope to hear from you soon :) :) :) |
