LAUNDRY IS DOWN STAIRS SO WILL HAVE TO SHARE. HEAT IS ELICTRIC SO IT WILL DEPEND ON HOW YOU USE IT. OTHER THING LIKE INTERNET AND CABLE WE CAN WORK THAT OUT IF YOU WHAT TO HOOK IT UP.
