I live in the landmarkill Downtown on the 14th floor with a Balcony facing the River. The view is stunning as is the apartment! All new appliances and newly painted walls plus new carpet. Also the outside hall just had new tile laid. The apartment itself is 750 sq feet with an 8 foot blacony and is quite spacious.
