| Hi there :) Unfortunately, I dont have pics of the place. The house is a NEWLY BUILT, partially furnished, 3bd, 2floor, wireless internet/cable, phone, large loft(If you have furniture of your own, BRING IT ON! ), which can be made into another living room, 2200 sq ft house on a cul de sac, clean, very quiet neighborhood, and just minutes away from Sams Town Casino and major stores.
It would be nice to have a roomie to share the house with. Roomie should be 30+ years old, dependable, reliable, laid back (PLEASE NO DRAMA), extraverted, a stable job, and love to have fun hanging out, and or time out for themselves. A cat lover is a plus++++ ;) Btw, I am a cigg. smoker, but am very respectful to those who dont smoke. You would need a car for your transportation

| Hello,
My partner and I are renting a private room in our brand new 1650 sf house in Southeast Las Vegas. The room comes with a twin bed, refrigerator, TV (cable), internet and microwave. You will be sharing a bath with one other person.
This is a gorgeous brand new house with a cute little back yard. There is plenty of parking. We are both artists and musicians and looking for others who appreciate creativity and have a laid back personality. We also have 2 cats and welcome anyone with cats or other pets (only no dogs, sorry:(. The rent will be month to month and is due on the 1st of every month. You will pay $500 monthly plus 1/4 of the utilities and cable. We will need 1 months rent and half of that for a security deposit upon move in ($750), which will be returned to you when you move out as long as nothing in the house has been damaged.
No credit checks!
We will be showing the room April 2nd or later
