1--Roommate Rental details

My two roommates and I live in a 3-story townhouse/condo in a gated community near the UNR campus. Two of us are undergrads at UNR. We like to throw parties on the weekends, depending, and tend to be "night owls." The available room is technically a master. It has two closets (one walk-in and one normal) and shares a bathroom with one other person. There is a cable outlet in the room. The water is included. All other utilities are split accordingly.
