| The house is a large open concept home on a beautiful pond with 22 acres of land. It is less than 6 miles from downtown Durham/UNH and about 20 minutes outside of portsmouth. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are available as well as the loft. We are seeking responsible, clean and fun people to live with. Rent is 575 per month and the utilities will be shared among all of the housemates. This is a great home for someone who likes the outdoors. There is plenty of storage and parking as well. |
