1--Roommate Rental details

I am in the process of closing on a house and need roommates to help pay the mortgage. Its a 10 room, 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath house. Its got brand new bathrooms and kitchen. Theres a pool and jacuzzi in the backyard and a long driveway to park 3 cars. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, but 2 blocks from the bus line to NYC as well as easy access to the GSP, NJ Turnpike, and Rt. 1&9. Im seeking fun, yet responsibles or (near Kean, Rutgers-Newark, etc.) who are considerate and communicate well. We like to have fun, but no illicit drugs allowed. I haved lived in this 1-Bedroom apartment for two and half years. The rent is $750 a month,utilities not included. It may seem expensive but it is located about five minutes from Journal square-which is 18 minutes away from Mid-town Manhattan. I am interested in a roomate who will appreciate a clean place for a few months until we can both stand on our feet. I can be reached at home or at work
