| The apt is in a great area with a great view of NY from the Blvd. There is a bus stop on the corner in front of the bldg and transportation runs 24 hours. The commute is approx 15 to 30 minutes depending on time of day/traffic. There is laundry in the bldg. Currently there is not cable but will have that done in July.
The apt is spacious with hard wood floors. I do have two cats.
I resign my lease in July so the room would be available for a year if desired, but I would like to find soemone for 3 months at the least. Please email me with any questions. |
