I'm a 26-yr old F Prof looking for 2 roommates for 2 HUGE bdrms in a 3-bdrm apt located in dwntwn JC, Hamilton Park. Apt is 1600+ sq ft duplex in 8-unit brownstone with fireplace in living room, shared backyard btwn 2 units, all wood flrs. 1 bdrm slightly larger: $825/$775 per mo for rent/heat. All rms furnished except for bdrms. 10-15 min walk to PATH. Looking for non-smokers(in apt), M/F, no pets, CLEAN, easy-going & fun!
