| email Al re: nice 3 bedroom apartment near PATH Journal Square station A roommate and I found a nice 3 bedroom (1 bath but very nice and newly renovated) apartment 3 minutes from Journal Square train station in Jersey City, NJ. It is newly renovated and a 10 minute PATH train ride from Wall Street area in downtown, NYC and 20 minutes from Madison Square Garden/Penn Station/Times Square in midtown, NYC. There is a small, quaint area for outdoor grilling in the back. It will be available 5/1/05. Depending on room, rent is between $400 & $500 per month (not including utilities, cable, etc) plus deposit. 3rd roommate should be quiet, non-smoker and provide references. Regards, Al |
