| I have a nice 4 bedroom house located in Collingswood, NJ. I will be looking for a new roommate June 1.
The bedroom is roughly 12 by 12 and then there is an additional room included that is about 9 by 9 you can use as an office or for storage. You will also have your own bathroom on the same floor. You have your own floor to yourself, with lots of windows and new carpet. You also have use of the other common areas including sun room, dinning room, kitchen, and living room.
Rent is $750 a month and covers everything. One flat rate for everything. Room, Utilities, WIFI, Cable. I am looking for a responsible or responsible with a stable . I would like to have at least a 6 month commitment, however, I can be flexible on the lease term.
